Please be patient: the event secretary is processing many last-minute entries, and it may take a few days to get them all processed.

If you still don't have a confirmation 3 days after entry closing, contact the event secretary directly so it can be followed up on.

Keep your pending notification email: it proves that your entry was submitted before the closing date.
